I defend parents and children involved in Juvenile Court for HHS-involved matters as well as Guardianships. These cases include:
- Child in Need of Assistance
- Termination of Parental Rights
- Juvenile Guardianships
- Adoption
I also defend children accused of crimes who are charged as delinquents through Juvenile Court.
